 The Indi Bar at the Indian Ocean Hotel is a Scarborough icon. The stage careers of many of Perth’s best known Muso’s started out here at the Indi Bar, and the Indi Bar stage still continues to foster up and coming talent and the already famous talent. Bands such as the Waifs, John Butler, Dave Hole and Ash Grunwald have regularly played at the Indi and many of the touring bands coming to WA play at the Indi stage as one of their favourite gigs. Watch out for Dallas Frasca, Jez Mead, Bluejuice, Tijuana Cartel and more. The Indi Bar features live music Thursday to Sunday 9pm – 12pm. The bar is still vibing the rest of the week, with great tunes, Foxtel, great food, indoor or outdoor seating & dining, fantastic cocktails and great promotions. If you would like to play the Indi Bar stage, Thursday nights are our Open Mic Nights. To book a spot, call the Hotel on 9341 1122. Bookings are taken 5 weeks ahead. The Indi was always destined to have a great music history considering Led Zepplin and The Rolling Stones stayed here in 1971 and 1973. Come down and enjoy our Hospitality!
